ABOUT US
AT MODERN LOVE AND WELLNESS…
we create a supportive and affirming space in which individuals and couples navigate their unique pathway to greater connection, self-discovery, and wellness. Specializing in sex therapy, we are dedicated to serving a diverse community, including LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamorous individuals, with compassion, respect, and an open mind. Through evidence-based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and couples-focused modalities, we foster meaningful growth, understanding, and lasting change. Guided by empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to inclusivity, we empower each client to embrace their true selves and thrive in their relationships.
SIERRA COLEMAN
MS, LCMFT, ABS
I specialize in working with individuals and couples to help them navigate their relationships— with themselves and with others. As a Couples and Family Therapist, my role is to guide you in understanding the dynamics of your relationships and fostering deeper connection and communication.
My practice is LGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and welcoming to all. I also support couples exploring open relationships (ENM), polyamory, and other non-traditional relationship structures. Licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
I look forward to working with you!
